SHIPPING

When will I receive my order?

You shipping is via Courier Post.  Delivery time, once your order has been processed, is normally 2 working days.  Delivery to rural areas may take longer.

What are the shipping options?

We are providing free shipping via Courier Post.  If you require a faster delivery then please contact us for an express courier quote on sales@artisansbloom.co.nz.

If you are wanting a delivery to Australia, please contact us on sales@artisansbloom.co.nz for a courier quote.

ORDERS

How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?

Please contact us on sales@artisansbloom.co.nz for any change in order requests.  If we have not yet fulfilled your order we will do our best to satisfy your needs.

What do I do if I don't receive my order?

We are using Courier Post for all deliveries.  Please contact them with your tracking number.  Once you have done this, please let us know so we can also follow up with the courier company.

What do I do if I have received a defective order?

If your product arrives damaged as a result of shipping then please contact us immediately. We will require pictures of the packaging and of the product so we can make a claim. We will endeavour to replace the product as soon as possible after receiving a report from the carrier.

Where are you located?

We are located in Wanaka, New Zealand.

Do you sell gift cards?

If you would like to purchase a gift card, please do so by contacting us directly via the 'contact' us form and we will happily organise one for you.

Is your fabric suitable for outdoors?

We are currently not stocking outdoor fabric.

Why does my product look different to the one I saw on your website?

Due to the artisan nature of our grass products each one is unique.  Some colours and designs may differ slightly to that in the image.
