Ilala is a local plant that is found in abundance in some parts of Southern Africa. It's softness is determined by the region where it is grown, due to atmospheric temperatures KwaZulu-Natal has the hardest Ilala grass. The grass comes in a natural colour.
Great for any storage needs you have, this basket is robust but delicate in appearance.
